Author Information

The important dates of the conference for authors are:

• December 15, 2011 - receipt of abstracts.
• February 1, 2012 - notification of acceptance.
• June 2, 2012 - receipt of full papers.

Authors are invited to submit an abstract according to the format guidelindes before December 15, 2011 through the conference website. Authors are allowed to use from at least 400 words up-to a maximum of 4 pages A4, although this must include any figures, tables and references. The accepted abstracgs will be published in the conference Book of Abstracts. For the abstract submission only Microsoft Word documents (.doc / .docx) are allowed.

Please refer to the format guidelines for the Word template. Once you have ensured that your abstract meets all requirements you are kindly invited to upload the abstract through the online abstract submission system.
