During the conference we will use the following rooms of Hotels van Oranje:
- Bentley Bar (reception and coffee breaks)
- Aurora Zaal (conference)
- Orangerie (Breakfast & Lunch)
- Nassau-Winsor Zaal (Dinner)
For the conference, rooms at Hotels van Oranje can be booked at reduced rates (recommended not obligatory) until 18 April 2009. Room sharing will be possible.

The hotel usually is fully booked from the end of May, participants who register after this date, are requested to look for another hotel to stay over.
How to reach the hotel:
From Schiphol: Take the train to Leiden (15 min). From Leiden Central Station take bus line 40 / 42 or 240 (20 min). Get off the bus at Vuurtorenplein Noordwijk. Walk toward the beach, take a left turn, you have arrived at the Koningin Wilhelmina Boulevard.
